习近平总书记关于对党忠诚教育重要论述，是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分，其生成蕴含清晰的逻辑：历史逻辑源于对党忠诚教育历史经验的总结和升华，理论逻辑植根对马克思主义建党学说的继承与发展，现实逻辑回应破解大党独有难题的现实需求；其核心要义主要聚焦理论、信仰、组织、宗旨四重维度，提出应构建起系统化的对党忠诚教育体系；其价值诉求指向增进党员干部对党的政治认同、思想认同、理论认同与情感认同。深入研究习近平总书记关于对党忠诚教育重要论述，对推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程、锻造忠诚干净担当的党员干部队伍及实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大意义。

As one of the important parts of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the formation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on education in loyalty to the Party embodies a clear logic, i.e. the historical logic stems from the summary and distillation of the Party's historical experience in loyalty education; the theoretical logic is rooted in the inheritance and development of Marxist theories on party building; and the realistic logic responds to the practical need to address the unique challenges facing a major party. Its core essence focuses on four dimensions, i.e. theory, belief, organization, and purpose, forming a systematic educational system. Its value pursuits aim to enhance the Party members and cadres' political identity,ideological identity, theoretical identity, and emotional identity with the Party. An in-depth study of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions is of great significance to advancing the new great project of building the Party in the new era, forging a team of Party officials who are loyal, clean, and responsible, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
